The Leadership and Learning Center has a job opportunity for a Client Relations Administrative Assistant to support The Leadership and Learning Center in maintaining and growing a specific sales territory. The Center is a private educational services organization that is a catalyst for hope, opportunity, and success for students, teachers, and educational leaders around the world.

About the Candidate:
You are a person who feels successful while dotting every I and crossing every T. You are customer-service aficionado with the desire and ability to problem solve with the clients’ best interests in mind. You have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite. You bring your creative energy into your work as an individual and as a dynamic team member. Your enjoy finding efficient ways to do your work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support by sending client and consultant contracts daily and following up to make sure contracts are received and executed.
- Coordinate creation and delivery of training materials related to each contract. This includes contacting the client to confirm delivery and receipt.
- Conduct feedback calls and emails after each engagement to ensure client satisfaction. All feedback will be shared with Marketing and Professional Learning divisions for use in client communication and consultant development.
- Support of territory prospecting through data entry of new leads.
- Answer phones and direct clients to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in marketing implementation through data entry and research.
- Update and manage client contact information and communication in Customer Relationship Management tool, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Process all client purchase orders.
- Website registration follow-up and data entry into CRM follow-up.
- Obtain all documentation (contracts, purchase orders) required to ensure timely payment of contracts.
- Maintenance of engagement files.
- Assist territory Director of Client Relations and Professional Development Coordinator as required.
Qualifications:
- Provide proven track record that includes superior oral and written communication.
- Ability to set and achieve goals.
- Self starter with initiative.
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex projects.
- Proficient with technology; Email, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Internet and keyboarding.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to those with at least 1 year of sales support.
- Able to function well as a part of team.
- Ability to travel (limited – less than 5%).
Start Date:

Salary and Benefits:
$30,000 starting base salary and potential bonuses based on longevity. Excellent benefits package including; employer-paid medical care, cafeteria plan (flexible spending accounts), 401(k) plan with employer match up to 4% of compensation, Employee Stock Ownership Plan that is 100% paid by employer, accumulation of up to three months of paid leave that can be used for any purpose determined by employee, including parental leave, disability leave, child or parent care leave, or personal sabbatical.

About the Candidate:
You are a person who feels successful when offering extraordinary customer service to clients. You have the desire and ability to problem solve with the clients' best interests in mind. You have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM solution. You bring your creative energy into your work as an individual and as a dynamic team member.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sales operations and support staff for (East/Southeast coast) territory.
- Work harmoniously in a team environment.
- Provide leadership through action and example for the entire staff.
- Provide customer service support to clients.
- Liaison between client, internal staff and the consultants as we work to increase student achievement.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessment with clients for a solution-based sales approach.
- Set and attain SMART annual territory goals, with follow-through in the selling of professional development, publications, and permanent resources.
- Conduct check-ins with clients at least 30-days before all engagements.
- Complete follow-up with clients after each engagement during which the opportunity to up sell should be utilized.
- Transform leads into prospects, transform prospects into clients, and transform clients into long-term partnerships.
- Provide complete communications with potential clients by contacting prospects using e-mail, telephone, fax, mailings, and other appropriate means.
- Sustain relationships with current and previous clients.
- Provide support to our existing clients via conference calls and email.
- Implement territorial marketing campaigns, in conjunction with corporate marketing initiatives.
- Enter all client communication and opportunities in The Center’s CRM.
Qualifications:
- Provide proven track record that includes superior oral and written communication.

- People skills including comfort dealing with senior executives and political leaders at the local, state, and national level.
- Adept at handling budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex projects.
- Proficient with technology; Email, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Internet and keyboarding.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in sales and success in generating sales at least $2.5 million annually.
- Able to function well as a part of team.
- Knowledge and experience in a school district and working with professional development plans.
- Ability to travel (limited – less than 5%).
