I.T. Help Desk Coordinator
The Leadership and Learning Center has a career opportunity for an Information Technology Help Desk Coordinator.
Reports to:
I.T. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal IT help desk and act as first responder.
- Coordinate the configuration and distribution of new hardware.
- Coordinate technology transfer during internal office relocations.
- Manage connectivity for both internal accounts and guest accounts.
- Act as facilities contact with building landlord.
- Coordinate the remote connectivity for both internal and external clients.
- Act as software system administrator for Microsoft CRM 4.0.
- Assist in the writing of custom reports utilizing existing system data.
- Support other departments and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Superb communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Experience dealing with highly confidential information.
- Self starter with initiative and ability to perform without constant supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner with attention to quality.
- Experience with laptop/desktop support.
- Experience in IT system configuration and implementation.
- Experience utilizing Crystal Reports or another report generating tool.
- Technologically proficient with experience in MS CRM, MS Outlook, MS Office suite and servers.
- Requires an associate’s degree or its equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in desktop/laptop support.
- Knowledge of educational services industry helpful but not necessary.
Start Date:
Immediate. Internal candidates must provide two week’s notice to their supervisor before accepting an offer to move to this position.
Salary and Benefits:
$38,000 – $42,000, plus potential bonuses based on longevity and productivity, with base salary depending on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits package including; employer-paid medical care, cafeteria plan (flexible spending accounts), 401(k) plan with employer match up to 4% of compensation, Employee Stock Ownership Plan that is 100% paid by employer, accumulation of up to three months of paid leave that can be used for any purpose determined by employee, including parental leave, disability leave, child or parent care leave, or personal sabbatical.

Professional Development Coordinator
The Leadership and Learning Center has a job opportunity for a Professional Development Coordinator to support the Director of Client Relations in maintaining and growing a specific sales territory. The Center is a private educational organization that is a catalyst for hope, opportunity, and success for students, teachers, and educational leaders around the world.

About the Candidate:
You are a person who feels successful while dotting every I and crossing every T. You are customer-service oriented with the desire and ability to problem solve with the clients’ best interests in mind. You have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite. You bring your creative energy into your work as an individual and as a dynamic team member.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with established clients and partners.
- Provide complete communications with potential clients to establish new relationships and partnerships.
- Participate in all areas of customer service and support including creation of proposals, publication sales, phone communication, written communication and precise follow up for client engagements.
- Provide sales support by sending client and consultant contracts daily and following up to make sure contracts are received and executed.
- Verify essential details for all engagements and check-in with client for confirmation and clarification.
- Work in a team environment including answering telephones, shipping products, assembling notebooks, preparing and sending out presentations.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns.
- Support sales and marketing by updating sales sheets, reviewing new products.
- Update and manage client contact information and communication in Customer Relationship Management tool, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Update and manage engagement and sales information in designated system of record.
- Support Director of Client Relations in achieving territory sales goals.
- Support Client Relations Team as need to assure entire department meets corporate revenue goals.
- Participate in building personal development plan.
- Assist Senior Director of Client Relations as required.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or Associates degree with relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide proven track record that includes superior oral and written communication.
- Familiarity with, or prior experience, with CRM system(s) a plus.
- Ability to set and achieve goals.
- Skilled and comfortable dealing with senior executives and political leaders at the local, state, and national level.
- Proficient with technology; Email, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Internet and keyboarding.
- Able to function well as a part of team, and work on cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with school districts and/or working with professional development plans preferred.
- Proofreading skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel (limited – less than 5%).

Job Objective:
Support The Center’s double digit revenue growth through direction of sales team development and serving as key senior strategic leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the Client Relations (sales) Division, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop key functional sales metrics, implement and monitor them across the sales organization.
- Deliver weekly sales objectives at Management Council.
- Understand The Center’s client relations building/account management based sales model, yet bring a fresh sales focus to the team.
- Administer CRM to insure the most effective storage and analysis of client information.
- Train and mentor sales staff in sales strategies and techniques.
- Monitor Client Relations Teams’ pipelines and performance.
- Review and score sales activities and provide feedback on findings.
- Train sales floor staff on new processes and monitor user acceptance.
- Create and analyze replicable training programs and materials for new sales staff.
- Monitor new-hire performance to an exacting level.
- Passionately support The Leadership and Learning Center’s commitment to create an outstanding experience for our customers.
- Promote teamwork throughout the organization, encouraging the development of functional cross-divisional working teams and maintaining divisional communication and cooperation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum seven to nine years sales professional experience, with five years as sales director.
- “Fire in the belly” for sales
- BS or BA degree.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain effective sales teams; documented track record of individual and team accomplishments.
- Skilled in use of MS CRM Dynamics 4.0
- Knows what “good looks like” in sales professionals.
- Humble, yet interpersonally savvy, knowing when to push and when to back down.
